Education Ministry

St. John's supports a strong confirmation and education program for children. We enjoy dedicated teachers and a learning-conducive bright environment in our education wing, including a fully furnished preschool room.

We provide Christian learning opportunities for people of all ages. From our Rotation Sunday School to instruction for First Communion to Confirmation Instruction to Bible Studies for Adults, we seek to provide opportunities to grow in knowledge, wisdom and faith. We also work with our Catholic neighbors in the community to provide a Vacation Bible School.

In addition to those programs, we offer a Day Camp during the summer and other more informal learning opportunities. Check them out below.

Helping Hands

Children in grades 2nd-12th

Meets the third Friday of every month from 6-8 pm.
We are a service group dedicated to HELPING those in need throughout the community. We will meet the third Friday of each month and work on a different project each time. Our first project was making birthday/get well bags for the Meals on Wheels Program. It’s a fun way to HELP share Christ’s love. (Older youth: we really need your ideas, creativity, HELP, and most important to be positive Christian role models for the younger youth. You’ll be a very important part of this group!)
